· Work with a small team working to onboard accounts working with Intel on software enabling. You will facilitate execution of a business process involving completing information about external accounts we are doing Software Enabling with, working between several teams. This will also involve collecting information from account reps on their enabling status and maintaining a spreadsheet with their status.
· Strong attention to detail and familiarity with Office software (Word, Excel, and Outlook) is a must, as well as the ability to learn and execute business processes.
· Performs Iow-volume data entry (average: 5,000 to 8,000 keystrokes per hour). Accesses information from a computer and/or maintains a computer database. Formats and produce documents. Detects and correct errors. Uses word processing, spreadsheet, database or other software on a computer. Can also use basic office equipment (including a photocopy machine, facsimile machine, binding machine, etc.) and has the ability to follow instructions. HS diploma or GED equivalent required
