Short Description:

• Responsible for the daily operations, maintenance and life cycle of enterprise applications.

Complete Description:

• Under broad supervision, manages applications through the full life cycle from project definition and approval through implementation and evaluation of all project deliverables. Creates a collaborative partnership with all internal and external team members to accomplish the deliverables within the timeframes.
• Examples of UITS Applications: EAB, Cayuse, EMS, 25Live

Qualifications:

• This position will be responsible for completing customer requests/projects to make adjustments or enhancements to the tool.
• This position will be responsible handling any operations and maintenance related to the assigned tool.
• This position will be responsible for developing, tracking and documenting any changes or procedures/processes.
• Working with a team and communicating with well with customers.
• Has the ability to work on multiple tasks and projects simultaneously.
• MSSQL/IIS is preferred

Must have:

• Experience supporting the full lifecycle of complex, cloud based, and on-premises applications and solutions.
• Experience with relational databases and a basic understanding of SQL.
• Experience with TCP/IP and firewalls.
• Experience with OSI layer 6 and 7 protocols (e.g., HTTP/HTTPS, TLS/SSL, DNS, SMTP).
• Agile Work Environment.
