Job Description:
The qualified candidate will perform detailed design of special test equipment and develop testing methods to facilitate electrical tests, system integration, qualification and acceptance test of space electronic products.
Design responsibilities include electronic circuit design, mechanical design and development of LabView test software.
Responsibilities will also include developing test plans and procedures to assure product conforms to customer requirements;
Conducting product qualification, environmental and acceptance level testing;
Experience in electronic circuit troubleshooting.
Compiling test data and generation of test reports.
Solid multi-disciplined electronics education, in power systems, digital and analog electronics and electronic systems.
BSEE with a minimum of 2 years of experience with the development test plans and procedures.
Experience designing electronic circuits
At least 2 years experience conducting product qualification, environmental and acceptance level testing.
Experience generating test reports.
A minimum of 2 years of design experience with EGSE (electrical ground support equipment) or STE (special test equipment).
Experienced with bench test equipment (oscilloscopes, logic analyzers, arbitrary waveform generators, etc.), automated software driven test equipment (LabView) and custom board, box and system level test set design
