Pay Range:   $50/hr to $60/hr, the pay rate may differ depending on your skills, education, experience, and other qualifications.

• Support our supply chain organization, Construction, Facilities Supply Chain (CFSC), to update our quality management systems to comply with IATF 16949 requirements by the end of June 2025.

Must have exp. with ISO 9001 and IATF 16949

• Process identification, mapping, and procedural zing for in-scope processes
• Update our existing process documentation to comply with IATF 16949 requirements
• Document new process documentation to comply with IATF 16949 requirements
• New processes may include Risk Management, Training, Control of Externally Provided Services, Supplier Development
• Monitoring/Measurement/Analysis/Evaluation.
• All Processes will need to have Monitoring & Measurement established

• Experience in developing and delivering training programs related to quality management.

• Experience in conducting internal and external audits.
• Knowledge of audit principles and techniques.
• Formal training as a lead auditor for IATF 16949 is a plus.

• Experience in implementing change management strategies.
• Understanding of the human aspects of change and how to address resistance.
• Process Mapping Expertise:
• Proficiency in creating detailed process maps using tools such as Microsoft Visio, Lucid chart, or other process mapping software.
• Ability to identify and document all steps in a process, including inputs, outputs, and interdependencies
• Experience in using various process mapping techniques (e.g., flowcharts, SIPOC diagrams, value stream mapping).
• Procedural Documentation Skills:

• Ability to standardize procedures and ensure consistency across the organization.
• Experience in creating work instructions, standard operating procedures (SOPs), and other procedural documentation.
