Pay Range: $70/hr – $100/hr, the pay rate may differ depending on your skills, education, experience, and other qualifications.

Key Responsibilities:
• Agile Scrum Master responsible for coaching, leading and facilitation of multiple Agile teams
• 2 – 5 years of experience in an Agile scrum master role
• Familiarity with Agile software development
• Excellent knowledge of Scrum techniques and artifacts (such as definition of done, user stories, automated testing, backlog refinement)
• Knowledge of the SAFE Agile framework
• Excellent communication and servant leadership skills
• Problem-solving and conflict-resolution ability
• Outstanding organizational skills
Desired Skills:
• Agile Hive / JIRA experience
• Confluence experience
• Scrum master certification is a plus
• Knowledge and experience with the Aerospace and Defense business.
