Job Description

• As a senior designer, this role requires a high knowledge and experience in design (UX, UI or IX). They are efficient in the full design process from assignment to delivery into development support. They have grown a toolkit of activities & processes that can tackle larger, complex projects. They are seen as design leaders on projects, pulling together requirements, timelines, project cadence, and deliverable timelines. 
• They need to be take a step back from the deliverables and see things from a broader perspective
• They need to be able to communicate effectively with clients and stakeholders about the team’s design decisions
• They need to be able to handle several tasks and possible projects without becoming overwhelmed
