• Bachelor’s degree is required; NO EXCEPTIONS
• Will train on S1 (M-F; 8am -5pm) and then transition to home shift.

CORRECT TITLE: LTD TEM Engineer / Fault Isolation & Failure Analysis ****

(NOT an Engineer: Manufacturing III role)

• Support large volume of TEM metrology data generation.
• Data quality control and screening errors
• Statistical analysis and report generation

Minimum Qualifications:

• BS/MS in Chemical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Material Science, Microelectronics Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Optical Engineering, Chemistry or Physics. “BS IS REQUIRED; NO EXCEPTIONS”

Preferred Qualifications:

• Hands-on experience on SEM/TEM. Basic knowledge of semiconductor device and manufacturing process. 4-6yrs of experience
